We collect data only when you pair the Cresento App with a Cresento smart shin-guard Device.
a. Sensor Data
- Gyroscope readings (°/s on X, Y, Z)
- Accelerometer data (G-forces on X, Y, Z)
- Time, motion, speed, distance, and activity type (walking, jogging, sprinting)
b. Device Authentication Information
- Basic profile info for account setup (username, optional email)
- Device pairing ID
We do not collect:
- GPS / location data
- Contacts, media files, video, or audio
- Mobile-phone sensor data
- Health data beyond movement metrics
2. How We Use Your Information
- Generate football-performance metrics
- Visualise fitness and match data
- Provide insights through graphs and summaries
- Enable synchronisation between the App and Device
(Data may power future AI coaching and vision-based feedback features.)
3. Data Storage and Security
All data is stored on Firebase, which follows Apple privacy guidelines and industry standards. Firebase servers may reside outside your home country (including the USA). We employ reasonable physical, technical, and administrative safeguards to protect against unauthorised access, alteration, or loss.
4. Sharing and Disclosure
We do not sell, rent, or share your data for advertising or marketing.
We may disclose information only to:
- Comply with law, regulation, or legal process
- Enforce our Terms and Conditions
- Protect the rights, safety, or property of Cresento or others
5. Children's Privacy
The App has no age restriction, but parental supervision is advised for users under 13 where required by local law. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13.
6. Your Rights
Depending on your jurisdiction you may:
- Access or correct personal data
- Delete your user profile
- Withdraw consent (where applicable)
